Colleges using Collective Access

As a metadata librarian at Carleton College, I am working with my colleagues to select a Resource Management and Discovery Tool to organize, manage, and make the resources of our College archives available to our users. I am curious if there are any similar college and/or university archives out there that are currently using Collective Access.

    Any information would be helpful.

    Thank you-

They're out there. Hopefully some of them will contact you one way or another. (We can't speak for them of course)

    Maybe you could encourage/nudge them...

No responses, so far. It is summer and many academic personnel are on vacations, etc. But I would love to hear from some of them - their experiences, etc. would be of great help to us.

    Thanks-

I will. I suspect they only read the forum when they have problems...

Does CA have someone who could come and do a demonstration for our college - or host a webinar to do a demonstration of the software?

We don't have any one on-site in Minnesota, but we could definitely do an online webinar.

Nat Wilson, a colleague of mine here at Carleton College, would like to contact someone with CA about setting up a webinar. Who should I have him contact?

    Thanks-

    Tom

Have him contact seth@whirl-i-gig.com or billey@whirl-i-gig.com. We'll be happy to set up something.
